Dear teenage girls, I know you spend hours a day critiquing your body in the mirror. I know you feel overwhelmed by all the schoolwork and grades that you cry in your bed every night. I know you are facing problems with your friends, your parents, and your teachers. I know you may trust the wrong person, hurt the people that you didn't mean to, and be through toxic relationships.
